The goods and services listed below are what we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items needed. Any services
you choose will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mandate you to purchase any items you did not ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the goods and services statement.
Prices effective as of January 1st, 2024 and subject to change without notice.
Cost: $1075.00
Includes:
- Initial phone consultation with a licensed funeral director
- Local removal from place of death
- Temporary refrigeration
- Securing required authorizations, permits and filing of death certificate with the county of death
- Crematory fee
- Basic cremation container (alternative)
- Witnessing will be scheduled during normal business hours Monday thru Friday: there will be an additional charge of $195 if scheduled on a Saturday
- Temporary urn
